About the job 

We are looking for an IT Application Specialist, where your main focus will be our new HR Management Software Application, SuccessFactors. You will also work with education platforms that support Coor in all our educational purposes.

What will you do?

  • Provide support to our users in their daily operations in SuccessFactors
  • Participate in projects and other business initiatives to ensure best practice of an implementation to support the users
  • Solving technical and business questions from our 1st line support organization
  • Developing solutions and offerings with both IT and business perspectives in mind.

We are looking for YOU, a service-minded team player who understands different perspectives and has excellent communications skills. You need to be able to take own initiatives and being a problem solver. Due to our dynamic environment, challenges and changes appear on a frequent basis, so that need to appeal to you. By saying that, you will also acquire new skills, as well as share what you know with others. Sometimes there will be a need to hold a presentation and train the users so you should feel comfortable when doing that.
 

What Qualifications do you expect to have? 

  • Experience from working in SuccessFactors – our main modules are onboarding, employee central and learning
  • Experience from various HR areas such as compensation, expense and onboarding
  • Support experience – knowledge in ServiceNow knowledge is meriting 
  • Knowledge in the Learning and Development platform area is meriting
  • Experience from working with test processes is meriting
