IT Operations Manager

About the Role 

Are you ready to lead and enhance our IT Operations delivery? We are looking for a dedicated IT Operations Manager to ensure high quality and efficiency in our processes and lead the collaboration with our Service Desk provider. 

Responsibilities 

  • Oversee and drive our IT operational processes (incident, problem, change, release, request, and knowledge management) on a daily basis. 
  • Analyze and manage the operational performance of our primary IT Operations provider. 
  • Lead and develop the delivery of Coor's IT Service Desk in collaboration with the provider. 
  • Act as an escalation point for critical incidents and ensure they are handled correctly. 
  • Drive the development of our IT Operations process and identify both short-term and long-term improvements. 
  • Lead our Change Advisory Board (CAB) and ensure that changes in the production environment occur with minimal impact. 
  • Identify and document risks and issues related to IT Operations and propose various solutions. 

We are looking for someone who has: 

  • Solid experience in IT Operations and process management as well as IT Service Management. 
  • ITIL certification. 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills. 
  • The ability to effectively manage suppliers and ensure results. 
  • A drive to continuously improve processes and deliveries. 
  • Strong capability to manage suppliers and achieve results. 
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM (other ServiceNow practices are a plus). 
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Atlassian Jira (highly meritorious). 
  • Excellent ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • A high sense of personal responsibility and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. 
  • The ability to lead technical discussions and contribute to team development.
